All returns must be authorized by our support team before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

If you are not satisfied with the products. You can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items, including personal care items, customized products, or clearance items, may not be eligible for return.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order upon delivery.
  • Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Contact: support@toolavo.shop with:
  1. Order number
  2. Description of the issue
  3. Photos of the item

We will provide a full refund or replacement for confirmed issues.

 

6. Refunds

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@toolavo.shop.

 

7. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days
  • you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


8. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • For optional exchanges, place a new order separately.

9. Non-Returnable Items

  • Downloadable digital products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
